When you register for an account with Sparkseeker, we ask for your phone number so that we can confirm that you are a real person. Many social media apps are rampant with bots and this process supports our commitment to you that you will always be connecting with a real human. We send you an SMS with an OTP (one-time password) to the phone number you registered with and this confirms your account.

Seeker information is 100% safe with us. We do not sell, rent, or exchange personal Seeker data. Our business model does not require us to invade anyone’s privacy or exploit their personal life to make a profit. Seekers can use the platform with peace of mind.

In rare and specific scenarios, for security purposes and to comply with legal obligations, we may be required to share your information with verified law enforcement requests or subpoenas in third party lawsuit requests.

Any service providers who perform functions and services necessary to achieve the features and functions of the Sparkseeker app will only receive anonymized, aggregated data that can no longer be associated with an individual in any manner.

No cross-platform, third party tracking. Whatever browsers our Seekers use, whatever other websites you visit, you can rest assured that Sparkseeker is not looking over your shoulder or selling your history to third parties. We do not like being followed around and we assume others do not either. As far as Sparkseeker is concerned, your web life is your. We will not track you in order to later show you targeted ads to merchandise or services on our platform.

You do! Sparkseeker will never own your content. Our Terms of Use clearly states that all ownership of any content you post on Sparkseeker, belongs to you. You can feel comfortable sharing your ideas, creativity, and your passions. We’re simply here to support you and celebrate your shine.

We do not support external content from other platforms. We also do not allow third-party platforms to post content. To post content on Sparkseeker, you must subscribe and communicate directly on Sparkseeker. This measure is in place to protect the integrity of Sparkseeker and ensure that all content follows our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Please note that there will always be bad actors who will try to find a work around. We are in beta and it will take time for us to perfect our moderation process. We ask you to be patient with us as we grow.

No. Sparkseeker was founded in 2016 and is a privately-held company. It is female founded and minority and female led. Sparkseeker is also entirely founder-funded to date.
